The keystone of IWM’s North American program is the Integrity Worship Institute (IWI). IWI was created to meet persistent demand for worship leadership training both domestically and around the globe and is dedicated to equipping church leaders including pastors, worship leaders, and ministers of music to successfully lead their people into the transforming presence of God. The Institute’s goal is to be the leading provider of accelerated, targeted worship leadership training to church leaders and produce disciples, evangelists and artists.
IWI offers a unique, accelerated Certificate in Worship Leadership program comprised of five one-week courses presented in interactive, hands on, intimate classroom settings. IWI believes that its commitment to worship leadership training effectively multiplies the investment of its financial partners by significantly impacting the preparedness of key leaders who serve thousands of churches worldwide. IWI is truly cross-denominational in its approach, serving students from virtually all Christian traditions.
IWI can be likened to seasoned and accomplished guides who help leaders navigate the invigorating, yet potentially dangerous white water of worship renewal in their churches. The content, perspective and reach of IWI is continually refreshed and updated. IWI’s work is informed by the avenues opened to it through its association with Integrity Music, the world’s largest producer of Christian worship related products with multiple international offices and distribution in over 160 countries.
In addition to the certificate program, IWI offers a graduate level worship leadership training curriculum in conjunction with leading graduate Christian Liberal Arts institution, Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Undergraduate courses are offered in conjunction with the Southern Baptist denomination’s (the largest protestant denomination in the USA) University of Mobile.
The domestic US program includes worship outreach events in partnership with certificate students at the University of Mobile, Regent University, and through public evenings of worship produced in association with Integrity Music’s Seminars4Worship program. Additionally, the IWM domestic program provides worship resources to prisoners as a means of equipping, evangelizing, showing compassion and mercy.
Future plans for the United States / North American program include offering curriculum online and establishing an additional location in the western United States for classes.
